AB Pauline  WhitePauline  White,  75  years  old,  lives  in  an  extended  care  facility.  She  was  moved  to  the  facility  after  being  hospitalized  for  malnutrition,  dehydration,  and  pressure  injuries  that  were  the  result  of  neglect  by  her  caregivers  at  home.  Ms.  White  has  also  developed  severe  hip  and  knee  flexion  contractures.
