The ACE Health Coach Certification prepares professionals from fitness, health care, workplace wellness, and a variety of other fields to lead clients to long-term, healthy lifestyle change using in-depth behavior-change strategies and a knowledge of fitness and nutrition. The certification equips professionals with insight on behavioral psychology, the physiology of obesity, techniques for lifestyle coaching, development of weight-management programs, and the relationship between exercise and nutrition for weight control.

The ACE Advanced Health & Fitness Specialist Certification provides in-depth knowledge for health and fitness professionals working with individuals at risk for or recovering from a variety of cardiovascular, pulmonary, metabolic, and musculoskeletal diseases and disorders, as well as special population groups including older adults, youth, and prenatal and postnatal women.
